Technician ordered and installed shower door glass with the incorrect thickness. Used duct tape fill the space gap in the frame. I was taken for $300. Company refused to returned calls.
I have used their services twice now. Both times turned out great at half the cost quoted elsewhere.
We have took all of our business here and went today to repair a chip in the windshield we just bought, they promise you two free repairs! We dropped our vehicle off and the receptionist told us she wasn't going to give us a free repair, she threatened us to keep our vehicle if we expected it free!! Then while picking up the vehicle she came out and said to me "the keys are in the console f****** stupid b******....f******skank!!! Is this how you treat your customers?? WOW she should be fired and I will make sure of it!!!
Came to our house to replace the windshield and fixed a warped $60 trim piece for free. Also included 2 free star repairs. Very satisfied customer!
