purchased 10 pieces of glass for shelving.. once we got home and was unwrapping the glass, one piece was chipped so we took it back today. It turned out our shelf only needed 8 pieces so we had two left over including the broken one Some of the staff was rude and accused me of breaking it just to get a refund. We live in Gypsum... a $9. piece of glass is not worth breaking to spend $10-$12 in gas to return it.. and am completely offended how this company accused me of doing so. For vehicle windows not working avoid this place. They don’t keep records of your past business with them to look up and see what parts were replaced to see if they might be under warranty. They don’t understand basic communication with customers either. They should delete the “services” part of their name.
