My door glass fell down into my car door and I call Glass Pro for help. They told me to bring it in right away! They fixed me right up as I waited in their beautiful, clean waiting area and was back on the road in no time. I've recommended them many times for both cars and residential work. Glass Pro 100% lives up to their name!
The installer who gave us the initial quote was nice and seemed competent. Things went down hill when I wasn't given a day or timeframe for when the installer would return to fix our windows. I was called 30 minutes beforehand and only got the message when they had come and gone. I called on a later date to set up an appointment and a woman answered who said it was their policy to not work with people who weren't at home when they sent an installer twice. They were able to find a windshield, and get it in their warehoure within 16 hours... and over 100 dollars cheaper then everywhere else i called
I called Glass Pro Inc to have someone go to my business and see if they could fix my window that was cracked. They came to look at it the next day, which I was glad they could come out so soon. However I didn't hear back from them so after 6 days I called the office and a lady picked up. I asked her if there were any estimates or numbers so I would know how much it would cost me to replace my window or if they were even coming back to do it.
