Excellent customer service. We had our glass quoted within minutes and replaced in under 24 hours. I highly recommend this business.
Timeline: Window pane accidentally broken at midday. Called Glass Ontime at 12.15 pm Sally advised that the glazier will stop by to repair between 2 and 5 pm same day. Follow up SMS with glazier’s name and phone number. He arrived at 3 pm after calling me first. Job complete at 4 pm , including clean up, and subsequent home security for night was ensured. Exemplary end to end service leaving me very impressed, and satisfied with a job well done.
