I mistakenly gave Window Masters a bad review, after further investigation I discovered a misunderstanding. I've used this guy for several years, I am satisfied with his work.
I used this guy for several years and was happy with the service. He came in January 2021; and never came again. I called several times and never received a call back. I have to assume that he has quit. However, I am disappointed in how unprofessional he handled my account. I have no idea why he just decided to stop servicing my account and I guess I never will. If you are looking for a dependable window washer, this is not your guy! I find it rather rude that he would just quit without letting me know.
Great service and a nice guy.
