Tim came out to our house to give us an estimate looked at the broken window and said that it was a double pane window and that he could not replace the window glass he said would give us a good price and would have to get back with us on a price for a new window this was in September we have not heard from him nice guy but very unreliable

He actually attended my mom's services, which I shall say, decade old friends of hers never showed up! As far as his business, services, quality, professionalism, positivity, old fashioned ethics and values, he puts to shame others in this area. 10/10 recommend Tim for all your glass replacement needs. Took my car to safelite for a windshield replacement. Was told they could not replace it due to “high tech safety codes” and that I had to take it to the dealership to get the codes cleared first. Luckily found Tim and he was a life saver. Not only did he push for an original manufactured windshield, he came out to my work to install it AND came back out to my house 2 weeks later when I got a chip in it.
