Their office support can use a bit of work. Initially Email and message through their web, got no response. Called, spoke with Philly, said I'd resend the mail and pics of a glass replacement needed, which I did. Once we got the communication worked out, dropped a patio table off that needed an 8' oval glass replacement. Pricing was not inexpensive, but it was cut perfectly, fit back onto the frame, umbrella hold was centered properly. The finished product was excellent. Why a 4?
