The process was exceptionally smooth for our basement window with a busted seal. Call them. Send some pictures. Pay Deposit. Have tech come out. Pay remainder. Everything worked out exceptionally well, and this was a much cheaper option than buying and replacing our basement window which is only 8 years old. All in all, from start to finish this was an awesome, easy, and stress-free project. Everyone I dealt with was super nice, and the communication was perfect. Great experience, and I'd recommend them to anyone.
