Dr Glass was nice but very rushed. New patient visit did not include any type of physical assessment or X-rays which is crazy considering the visit total was over $200. They also over billed me and charged $170 in office when I have full health coverage for chiropractic. They submitted the same amount as a claim to my insurance provider and did not refund what I paid in office while still claiming I owed another $50 for my deductible.
