Very friendly and always willing to help people with handicap issues to there car.for the people that had a bad experience this is not Walmart you can not bring liquor or beer back for a return it's against the law,and it's not very nice to curse at the people working there.
Very friendly people! Been going here for years and NEVER had an issue. Always see them helping the handicapped as well.
I have NEVER had a bad experience a glass house liquor. I have seen them help the handicapped get their liquor to their car, they always carry my beer out.
I've been a patron of Glass House Liquor since I've lived on the West side of Lawrence (10+ years). Everyone has always been fun, personable, helpful, kind, gracious - delightful, family owned business. Folks have brought my bigger orders out to my car, asked how my family is, always sincere and truly delightful. Rare when it comes to customer service these days. I will always do business with them and I support them as people too.
Best liquor store in town, very helpful and will to go out of their way for customers !
This is the only liquor store I will go to in Lawrence. Their prices, variety, customer service, and knowledge are unbeatable!! If Glass House doesn't carry it- no one in Lawrence does! #RockChalkGlassHouse
