First time in and immediately felt so comfortable. The staff was very intelligent about the products I was looking for and was able to help me out. Excellent selection, great people. I highly reccomend.
Definitely a fan of glass house. Wanted to get a bottle of Blantons bourbon for my uncle on thanksgiving. No other liqour store had it, and after calling and calling, finally I called the one liqour store in lawrence that did. They had 2 left, and they went ahead and took one off the shelf for me until I got there. Definitely top notch customer service. Im not even a drinker really, but I know where im going for my next bottle of good hooch.
Today I asked about a new beer that came out to see if they had it in stock, and the owner ran out to his rep and told them to order a case! My roommate and I have been regularly shopping at this store and the service is always great and friendly, but today was exceptionally sweet. We will definitely continue to visit them. Great people, great place.
Owner went out of her way to put together some gifts for me...recipes included!
