I purchased a shower glass door from Glass & Hardware Co. just over a year ago, and I've encountered several issues since then. The door started sagging shortly after the one-year mark, and now it only opens about a quarter of the way. When the door is fully closed, it gets stuck, requiring a forceful push to open, which results in a loud noise and causes the entire glass frame to shake.
