【updated】 I am once again appalled by the service attitude of the store owner. Due to a quality issue with a part I purchased earlier, which failed within the one-year warranty period, I visited the store in person to seek a resolution, such as a replacement. To my surprise, the owner outright refused to do business with me, declined to communicate, and misrepresented the facts of the previous purchase.
