They ask for half payment up front to order glass then they will bill you the rest when job is finished to a credit card. They have billed me twice and have not fixed the glass yet. Called to correct issue and they are not able to correct or fix problem of billing twice. I will apparently wait to see if they can correct problem or if they come back and fix glass now they have been paid for the whole job first. Either a mistake they can't fix or this is how they do business.
Glass Doctor was great to work with! Very nice people and handled my requests quickly and professionally!
Worst home repair situation I e ever been involved with. I'd rather drag my face through a mile of broken glass before I'd let this guy fill up my bike tires.
