The owner, Paul Telow, provided excellent guidance about how the job would be done with top high ER window for a residence. He followed up to schedule installation accommodating to my scheduling needs. This company a scam. They charged deposit for replacing the glass panel and then after weeks waiting and numerous attempts trying to contacting them, as they kept forwarding my calls to voicemail, I still have not heard back about ETA on they will complete the work.
I highly recommend Glass Doctor. They replaced a window panel quickly. Very professional and happy with the service.
