I appreciate the amount of communication that Glass Doctor has had with me during the whole process. The tech has called me, typically within the hour before he arrives and dispatch contacts me as soon as they have the window so that we can get the install scheduled as soon as possible. We have used Glass Doctor for multiple types of windows, doors, residential and commercial.
The Glass Doctor came and measured my broken window to make sure the new window would fit perfectly. Jevon and Devonie came and installed it perfectly and were very professional and friendly.

We also needed the window frame updated and the representative said that he would have to go back to the office and add that to the estimate. That was almost a week ago. We called today to see if we could get an answer and were told that we would be called back before the end of the day. We have not received a call back and the office is now closed.
