I called and spoke to Ozzie on a Thursday at 6 am. He said he would stop by later that day to see if he could resolve my window issue. I never received a text or call from Ozzie letting me know he wouldn’t be able to come. I then text him on Thursday at 7 pm asking if he could come the next day (Friday). Great Customer Service, Reliable, Efficient, and Great Service at a Reasonable Price
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE - DO NOT GO HERE. I used them to repair my cracked front windshield. They repaired it, but scratched the heck out of my front hood. I contacted them immediately and they told me they would fix it, but after I followed up with them every 2 weeks (as they asked, which was very very kind of me) since July (it's now November), they haven't fixed it and stopped responding. Steer clear of this place. The installer scratched up my wife's hood while installing a windshield. They said they would come fix the scratch....that was 5 months and many phone calls/empty promises ago. Do not trust these guys with your car. It will only lead to months of phone tag and headaches.
Great service. Warm and friendly atmosphere. Get your oil changed quick with no hassled!!
