I had someone come out and do an estimate for a shower door on December 10th. It is now January 1st and I have yet to get my quote back. I have yet to hear back from them at all. There is no communication happening at the Glass Doctor. Emily and Wendy are very personable and friendly when I call, but cannot come up with my quote or why I cannot get it. I reached out to the Glass Doctor because I did some research on licensed companies in Rome that specialized in window replacement and saw that they had some pretty good reviews. Initially, everything was great. Setting-up the consultation was easy and their technician showed up when he was scheduled to. Right before he left, he said I should receive a quote on the job sometime towards the end of the following week (it was a Thursday, so that sounded normal). Just had to have a window repaired at my house during the COVID-19 lock down and I just want to give a huge shout out to this company and the gentleman who came out for the precautions they took in taking care of me and my family. They came out quickly do give the estimate and did the repair on the spot (thankfully nothing had to be ordered). But the service was top-notch with thinking of our health as well as theirs! It was superb!!
I was very impressed with the immediate response to my inquiry, the estimate process, the price and the technician. I called several different glass repair vendors and NONE of them were as responsive, available and professional as the Glass Doctor. Easy to make an appointment, took great care of my car and they were very professional.
Needed back windshield replaced. Most places I called didn't want to deal with my BMW. These lovely folks took care of it next day. Fair pricing, quick service. The owner and employees are super friendly and welcoming, plus there's a sweet kitty and her funny kitten to entertain you while you wait. Will definitely be back for any of my future glass needs!!
