It's been over 2 months and they still haven't correctly put in the window. It's not a large or particularly difficult window (their words) to replace. Their measurement meeting was late in arriving. Then first time they brought a window in, they arrived over an hour late again and had swapped the measurements so the window was sideways. The second time, they were 3 hours late, and did not correctly insert the sidebar so it slipped down the window within a day. I arranged to take half a day off work (12 to 5) to meet a Glass Doctor of Rockville tech for a quote on glass replacement on several windows in my home. Tech was supposed to call 30 minutes before arriving. As of 5pm, tech never called, never showed. Tried calling their office at 4:30pm for an update but the office didn't answer, the call just rolled over to their corporate call center (which is nothing more than an answering service). For wasting my time, one star.
The Glass Doctor technician was extremely punctual, friendly & knowledgeable. The work was completed quickly and the new windows looked great.
