Did no show up when they said they would. Waited all day and no one came. Not what I would call excellent service unfortunately.
Was quoted a price for a window and screen repair. They later wanted to charge a additional $60 to fix a 2x3 piece of screen. The tried to justify this by making a new frame when the old frame was perfect. Think before you try them out.

Had a patio window pane shatter and break from a rock. Glass Doctor came looked at the pane and measured it. Told me they had the glass in stock and even matched the price of a competitor. They kept in constant contact with me from estimation of price all the way up until the install. Great customer service and great installers.
After two no-show no-call missed appointments that I stayed home from work for I would never call this company again. The office staff is nice, but nothing gets done. Waited over 2 weeks to try to get a small house window repaired - never again!
