Working in customer service you would expect a similar level of service when you call another company for service. I requested a quote May 8th. Someone came out May 10th to measure and and left. I thought it was odd he measured and just left without tell me he was leaving when I was just inside our store. I waited 3 weeks to follow up with the sales rep, Kimberlea, and she said she would look into it. I then emailed her again and now no response at all.
