We are Jeep Wrangler people. We get many chips and a crack now and then from driving gravel roads. Jennifer and Ray have gone above and beyond expectations in fixing chips and new windshields. We recommend them highly! Customer service is excellent!
Where do I begin? First they replaced window and regulator and didn’t get correct insurance authorization for it and then tried to make me pay for their mistake- took them 4 hours to put in part and I just had to take to Dodge dealership to get that part fixed � I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone
These people are ridiculous!! We had a crack in our windshield so we got it replaced by them in February. When they replaced that windshield there was a whistle the entire time. They have a one year replacement warranty, which you think would be great. However, working with them is not. We had a crack in this windshield so we had them replace it yesterday. I ordered a window for my truck almost two weeks ago and they were supposed to call as soon as it arrived the next day. I never received a call so I stopped by their shop a couple days later and they said it showed up when it was supposed to and they didn't know why but it was returned to the supplier... so they reordered it last Friday and promised that they would have it Monday and that they would call as soon as it arrived... and AGAIN, no phone call... so today I decide to stop by their shop to see what the deal is and g... read more
