Gave us a quote and ETA for our install. When they failed to show up I called. They had no idea when they would get the glass but said "soon". They didn't call me because they couldn't find my phone# and my address . I cancelled my order. Donovan was polite refunding money but as also had no credit info. what the heck?
I was super happy with the service I recieved until I walked out to my newly washed truck. It looked like they took it through a mud rally. I mentioned it as I walked out and the guy said, "yeah, there's a mud puddle out back." I'd like to know how fast they drove it through the mud puddle for it to be on my roof. And if you know there's a mud puddle, maybe use something to protect the inside. They managed to miss my weather techs and get the carpet and seat muddy on both sides while leaving glass and plastic pieces on the f... read more
