We are very happy with our fixed window. Everyone was so helpful from start to finish!
Unable to measure shower glass correctly AT ALL!! When we asked them to replace, they said they would. It’s been 3 months and we have NO replacement glass from them and they refuse to issue a credit without taking away the glass (that I’m sure they will throw in the trash) and leaving us with no glass to take showers. The shower has the angled ceiling so there’s no way to hang a rod/curtain....which is why we ordered custom glass in the first place. Do not ever use this Columbia Glass Doctor!!! Fast & very friendly staff that have been with the company for many years. Got my windshield replaced as well as glass work for my home. Would give them 10 stars 🌟on each job they have done for me & numerous others I know here in Columbia!
they broke the whiper cowl and said theyll only pay for half after they didnt tell me they broke it and i got all the way home and had to go back
