Sent here due to insurance company claims this was their best people after a mowing crew chipped my windshield on the highway. Had 3 different appointments that we had driven up here for before we were told to come up here anytime after 12 o’clock today. We arrived at 10 minutes after and was told they are at lunch they will be back around 1:00. Pulled back up to have the whole windshield replaced. RecommendedThey installed 30 windows in my home when I first arrived in Tennessee. Called back 1 time due to question about the seal and tech, Josh, came and looked at my questions and he made sure that everything was good. Super friendly staff and fast, excellent service. Could call and talk to Terri in the office everyday as she has made my relocation to Tennessee very pleasant.
so apparently I'm gonna have to order the $10.00 kit and repair the crack myself. While the receptionist is amazingly sweet, the management could use a class in how to speak to people. So thank you for "repairing" the windshield in my husband's Canyon. lol No worries I will do it myself. Should have known better

DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. I tried to support local and use them. Had a windshield replaced on my truck and it is leaking. Took it back to them and they basically said it was not their fault and was very rude to my wife. So I am going to have it fixed by GM and send them the bill. The problem is their techs do not know how to do things the right way. They did not remove the cowling when replacing windshield and deformed it and broke something under it causing the leak. DO NOT USE COLUMBIA GLASS DOCTOR.
