VERY disappointed with them. ***** came to a higher-end vacant home that was about to be tenanted to give us an estimate. He was in a rather bad mood on arrival. He set up his ladder right inside the front door and climbed to the 2nd story atrium window to measure for a new glass window as the seal had worn away. Took his ladder down and out to his truck.
