Glass Doctor Auto of Glen Allen did a fantastic job of replacing the my car Windshield. It was such a great experience from start to finish. The office staff was so pleasant and helpful …they went out of their way to help me schedule a convenient time. The car was neat and tidy when I picked it up. It was definitely top notch service.
A locally owned car wash knocked off my rear view mirror and we’re unable to successfully reattach it. Having used Glass Doctor previously, I went to them to fix my issue. They worked with me on s as couple of different occasions to ensure the mirror was secured properly. Patricia, Brandon and the entire team went out of their way to make sure everything went off smoothly.
Oh my goodness, the customer service was awesome. An actual PERSON answered my call. My car was crashed wrapped while I waited only 11/2 days for the glass. Called on a Wednesday I believe and my window was fixed early Friday afternoon. I was given very nice gifts. The 2 places I'd called was too much trouble dealing with the automatic system and both stated longer wait times and they didn't offer to pre/crash wrap for my car.
