Classes were VERY expensive in comparison to value of instruction and huge class sizes in some cases, and material fees were high. Taking the same classes locally wherever you live are about a third of the cost so I would recommend doing that. The Expo floor has some great sales, and the classes were interesting and it was a great way to meet other glass artists and to see demos.
This is the first show I stated attending every year over twenty years ago. It's an integral part of the greater Glass Community. Loved teaching at that show as well!
