My experience with this company has been nothing but exceptional. Vicki, who I believe is the GM, was very helpful and sought clarification from me a number of times and gave me advice on alternatives. I was also contacted by another senior member of the organisation (my apologies for not remembering his name) to further clarify my request and steered me in the right direction. On the second attempt at supplying a sliding screen door, they finally got it right, & it was duly fitted after a long gap between ordering & fitting. After 2 days it started to become difficult to close the glass door of the unit, as it was catching on the frame. The local Glassco gentleman tried to rectify the situation, but it was beyond him.
