Perhaps just a clash of personality, but I wasn't crazy about Dr. Glass.He joked around way too much and health is not a joke.I walked away with unanswered questions regarding what to do in daily care.His staff is nice and so is the acupuncturist who shares the office with him.Prices are very fair, but you can't put a price on your health. I'd rather pay more and walk away feeling satisfied and that my health is in good hands.
While knowledgeable Dr. Glass didn't have the best "bedside manner". He indirectly insulted me and life choices on 3 separate occasions during the 15 minute appointment. The receptionist kept trying to get me to come back the next day for a followup even though I was there for a routine alignment. Also they take $5 off your copay if you pay with cash, I have never heard of that before.
Got me in same day as a new patient. Felt at- ease talking with front desk & Dr. Glass about my concerns. Love his more holistic approach with seeing if treatments and supplements can help as I wont take pain meds & he wont rush into suggesting an MRI. Quite happy I found this office and its close to home for me which was an added bonus. Office in the process of moving to another floor in the building so I cant fully comment on the environment yet until they settle in- sure it will be lovely
Amazing chiropractor highly recommend made me feel like new. If you have back problems hes the one who has the answers! Thank you Dr. Glass
