The entire process from arranging a tow truck to pick up my car in Oakland, dropping my Mini in Concord, handling the insurance claim, rental car pickup and drop off all went very smoothly. Car showroom quality I have had my Mini Cooper repaired at BMW Concord Collision Center on three occasions after incurring damage from third party vehicles. Staff are friendly and helpful and the work is always completed in a professional manner resulting in a restored car showroom quality.
