A few years ago I ordered a small picture glass and it took them 7 weeks to cut it. By then I bought another frame for 9.99 and they wanted $20 for just the glass. I had prepaid for it so I told them to stick the $20 where the sun doesn't shine. They SUCK.

I am sorry to hear you had a bad experience. This certainly does not sound like our normal operating procedure. I looked at our point of sales software and can't find a record of your order. If you can provide more details I would like to try and rectify the situation.
RecommendedOver at our office building we were looking for sneeze guards to protect our security team at our main entrance. I called sevral companies for quotes and let the guys decide how they would do the job. Glass Castle by far had the best ideas for a beautiful frame less setup and we went with them. The guys showed up right on time and were very professional during the installation.
The product and installation is very good. However, customer service is terrible. The quoted time for installation was approx. 2 weeks from deposit. The install was 5 weeks from deposit. When they did come, the product was incorrect. 2 weeks later the correct doors were installed. So 7 weeks to get the shower doors which delayed the whole bathroom renovation project badly. If time is of the essence, I would recommend going elsewhere for your project
Was referred to Glass Castle by a customer of mine. Very happy to say these folks were awesome. Dave and Dan were extremely helpful, responsive and understanding. Dave was able to cut me a very large piece of glass within a few hours at an excellent price.... I spoke with Dan for a commercial customer. Within 10 min of sending him pics he called back with a very fair estimate. If you need glass of any size and shape, these are the guys to call.
