The staff is exceptional. My baby is nearing his end but I felt the empathy from the entire office as we dealt with the truths of the situation. It feels like we are a part of the family when ever I come in with my cats. The doctors are equally as kind and honest about the situations. Of course the kennel and vet techs are exceptional too! They really are an amazing team who have no rivals. The Faust family loves you guys and all that you have done for us. Thank you!
I want to thank Dr Glass, Dr. Brooks, Chase, Britnee and everyone at Macon Road Vet for always taking such great care of my best buddy Sport. He loved you guys and I never had one issue with the service or care. I attribute his longevity to your expert care and attentiveness. Thanks for all you did for my little fur ball. Much obliged.
Doctors and Staff are really good with the Furbabies.
This veterinary clinic is the BEST! Each and everyone of the staff members are very compassionate, they love your fur babies as they were their own. Very caring and loving to our babies. Hugs when we need them as I did today as I had to put my Bailey down. We all were in tears as I had to make that decision. Thank you Dr Glass and Chase for your words today and loving Bailey as you and your whole crew did. RIP Bailey.

All members of the staff were extremely kind and helpful.
We have been going to this clinic since the 70's. Such compassion was shown when I lost my sweet poodle. Now I have a mini schnauzer and her sister, my son's doggie, is part lab and pit bull. They are so good with both of them and nether pet opposes boarding there. Once when the puppy, the pit bull, stayed with them for a week, the girls there got so attached to her that they dressed her in matching scrubs, took pictures and surprised my son with this when he came to pick her up.
I would like to say a huge thank you to the wonderful and caring staff at Macon Road Veterinary Clinic. This is the first time in owning a dog in many, many years. I had so many questions and concerns, but the staff are so friendly and helpful. Thank you for helping me and Kiwi transition into a great fur-baby blended home.
