Dr Glass and her staff are true professionals who really care about their patients and provide excellent dental care. I highly recommend Dr Glass for all of your dental needs.
Did not take the time ro figure out why i was experiencing excruciating nerve pain from my tooth, jaw and ear. Told my husband just to take me to the hospital knowing full and well there is absolutely nothing a hospital can do about tooth pain except give you alieve, an antibiotic and send you on your way. She had already done that and refused to help me any further. Was even unprofessional and sarcastic with my husband. That was after I waited 90 minutes to get in to even see her. Wasted time and trip!
She not only made me wait an hour in a half in excruciating pain. She saw there were problems with my back teeth but her and her staff walked around laughing the entire time I laid there in pain. I guess her preference is men. I asked her to please remove my back tooth and of course she declined. She saw the decay on it, said I had been grinding alot and knew that it was causing severe nerve pain in my jaw and my ear yet did nothing. You will wait and if your in pain she does nothing!!

Did your teeth cleaning feel rushed? Not at all. They took their time and made sure I was satisfied Was this provider's office too cold? Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question.
