Nothing but great things to report about Glass Assist. They helped me out with a brand new windscreen within 24 hours. Fixed it up for a great price too! Thanks for the help guys!
Waited until 3pm for my booking which was between 8-12, for them to arrive with the wrong glass for my car. No answer when I was calling the company to ask when they would be arriving. The man who came out was nice enough however said this had been happening all day. Unbelievably rude and unhelpful receptionist when the fitter was trying to reschedule. Was told to “hurry up as I don’t have all day”. I have now cancelled and gone with another company.
Mick from Glass Assist came out to replace my windscreen, he was super friendly, kind and very professional. Not only did he do a fantastic job at replacing the glass but explained the procedure and after care very well. Would highly recommend this company. Thanks again Mick !
