Glass and Window Services installed 2 glass shower doors for us. We had asked for as minimal frame as possible. We were not offered any options, so when it came time for install, guys just showed up and installed swinging hinged doors (as opposed to a traditional sliding glass door). Less than six months later the doors were pulling away from the walls. Leaving one shower inoperable and the other shower door would bang against the other glass portion. We recently used this company to replace two glass panes in our house and install a master shower glass wall/door. The craftsmanship on silicone around the edges of the windows was extremely poor. The silicone was smeared all along the edges. We had them come back out to make it look clean but they put very little attention to it, leaving it still looking sloppy around the edges. I am pleased with my experience with Glass and Window Services. Matthew gave me a prompt estimate. It was my best estimate received. Matthew and Adrian showed up at the correct time for installation. I replaced 3 low-E double pane window panes (glass only). They worked together efficiently and the replacement took about a horu. They worked from outside the house only. Their nice clean work vehicle proudly displays the BBB sign. I told them I was pleased with their work and would submit a review.
Glass and Window Service has exceeded my expectations ever time I have called them. They are Professional and On time and do the job right every time.. I have used them for almost 2 years now and will never use anyone else for my glass work. Window replacement , Screens, or shower glass they have done it all for me and I have been very Happy..
