Company should be absolutely embarrassed by how they conduct business. After much headache trying to schedule (which should have been a warning ) since this installation would fall under a warranty claim not a traditional glass claim we were finally scheduled. Well first appointment was rescheduled, then 2nd cancelled as tech said they need two techs. 3rd appointment was cancelled again…due to loss of notes. Didn’t show up. , so rescheduled , so the day of rescheduled at 9am , they told they didn’t get the windshield in, and it might be delivered to a shed , so buyer beware
So fast!
Great windshield service for 2 vehicles but 2 months after the fact this company sent me to collections over a balance I've already paid. AND just as my fiance and I are trying to close on a house. Don't do business here!!! Non-communicative! Their lack of professionalism is putting my ability to buy a home at risk with their wanton bookkeeping.
