Worst service I've ever experienced, not to mention shoddy workmanship. Simple windshield replacement for a Honda sedan, had to be performed in the shop because it had to be re-calibrated after install. First appointment I was blown off by the tech doing the work. Waited at the shop for over 30 minutes before getting notice that he decided to return to Portland. I had this appointment scheduled weeks in advance due to my busy schedule. Company should be absolutely embarrassed by how they conduct business. After much headache trying to schedule (which should have been a warning ) since this installation would fall under a warranty claim not a traditional glass claim we were finally scheduled. Well first appointment was rescheduled, then 2nd cancelled as tech said they need two techs. 3rd appointment was cancelled again…due to loss of notes. Didn’t show up. , so rescheduled , so the day of rescheduled at 9am , they told they didn’t get the windshield in, and it might be delivered to a shed , so buyer beware
