UPDATE: customer service did reach out to me. Due to corporate policy company would not return money or give discount but they had the team lead come out and replace the windshield properly - we did thorough inspection on the glass and work. Beware of their schedule I was scheduled for a windshield replacement their tech texted me that he would arrive between 1030 and 1230 at 1245 never hearing from him I tried calling and no answer called the office and they said their manager would call back a hour they never called I called the main headquarters and was put on hold for a half hour before I hung up wasted 4 hours out of my day and no windshield
