Great experience getting the new windshield installed. After trying to work with another shop for two weeks, came to Glass America to fix my windshield. Worked with insurance quickly. Was able to quickly and professionally replaced the windshield and recalibrated the ADAS. If I ever need another windshield replace, this is the first place I will come.
There is absolutely no where else you should look for having your windshield repaired or replaced. I have a newer, unique windshield that most places cannot even replace due to all the sensors and cameras built into it, but the team here was amazing. Brittany from the front office is an absolute angel - she was able to secure the correct windshield, worked with the insurance to ensure I could replace with the OEM equipment and handled all the claim info. As I walked into Glass America Mike greeted me. He went over payment options. Mike took the time to tell me what would be done and how long the process would take. While waiting Mike did keep me abreast of the progress on the windshield replacement. All said and done I was told the job would take two hours from 8 am. I was walking out of the Glass America office at 9:45 am. On the suggestion from State Farm insurance I tried Glass America instead of SafLite. Very pleased with Glass America
