Our tech that came out his name is Josh and he was most wonderful. What a great glass company really going the extra mile to help you out. I thought my windshield was leaking, but it wasn’t. It ended up being the cabin air filter was plugged and he cleaned it all out and made it better. Tjanks again for going the extra mile and helping us out
Scheduled to have my windshield repaired, then the day of I got a text message stating the call center scheduled over capacity, and they had to reschedule. If you have a busy work week, DO NOT schedule with this company, or you will regret it. There is always a disconnect with companies that use outside call centers. Just quit using them!
