BE CAREFUL – Pricing Scam & Rude Service (-5/5) Quoted $480 total for a windshield replacement and even got email confirmation. I took PTO for the appointment. The day before, Glass America called saying the time wasn’t available anymore and the price was now $596 with zero explanation. When I asked why the price jumped, they said the glass “costs $480,” which was the exact total they quoted me the day before, very strange because why would that be my quoted price? We took them a vehicle we needed the front windshield replaced. They did a phenomenal job with great pricing and great customer service. We highly recommend using them as we do for all of our recommended customers and in-house glass repairs.
