Disrespectful and unprofessional phone manners. I called to get an auto glass quote and gave the part number DW2392GTY — which is a valid windshield code used by any professional auto glass shop. Instead of responding helpfully, the woman on the phone laughed at me. That kind of behavior is completely uncalled for.
