BEWARE!!! RUN AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN!! If I could rate GLASS AMERICA at zero stars, I would!! When I made an appointment A WEEK AGO, I was told the windshield replacement would take approximately 3 hours. I dropped my car off at 9 a.m. SIX hours later, at 3:00 p.m., I began trying to contact the shop to find out what time they thought my car would be ready. I had an appointment. When I got there the door was locked and no one was there. I called the number and they said they'd call dispatch and call me back. No one called so I left after 15 minutes waiting in the parking lot.

Horrible service. terrible quality glass. Had a new windshield intalled on 1/30/2025. turned on my defroster yesterday and a huge crack formed on the right side of my window. refused to honor warranty. will not be going there again. my advice... shop elsewhere

I called Glass America yesterday after being referred by my local insurance agent’s office. Bailey got me scheduled for an appointment this morning and took care of all the insurance processing for me. Carson did a great job fixing the chip I knew about and made sure there weren’t any other issues I needed to address. Great attitudes and service by Bailey and Carson. I highly recommend Glass America in Wichita!
