I received a text thanking me for my business and asked to leave a review. Sure, I called to get a quote, gave all my information and number and said that I would get a call back. Never heard from them.

From the very beginning of the process to replace my windshield, I had great customer service experiences with 2 reps, Amanda and Juan. They walked me through the necessary steps and made it clear and simple. The installer, John, showed up on time and explained how he was going to do the job. He was professional in every aspect and made sure I was satisfied with his work. All in all, a terrific experience and I will certainly recommend them to others who need help.

When I scheduled my appointment I made it clear that I didn’t want to show up at 9:00 and be told that they overbooked or that I would need to reschedule, or etc. I was told, NO!, you are locked in. Sure enough, 3:45 I get a call. They said my 10:00 ( no 9:00 buddy , not 10:00 ) had to be either 8:30 or 1:30. Very surly attitude, take it or leave it. Guess what, Safelite, 9:00, no hassle.
