I scheduled a windshield replacement online for a fleet vehicle. I had to take it off the road. The next day by lunch I hadn’t heard from anyone. I called during lunch and was told the installer called me three times. I have my phone on me and can check call history. No calls. I asked to reschedule later in the day and they said it was too late. Lost a day on my vehicle and called another company. All good, they were a lot cheaper.

One day before leaving on a road trip with my grandchildren, my windshield was shattered. The big name guys weren't able to replace same day (even though their commercials advertise as such). Some highly rated local guys were too busy to take on new work (good for them, bad for me). Glass America to the rescue!
