Great service! I had 3 cars windshields done at the same time. One car had a passenger window done as well. That cars computer had issues figuring out the new window and the techs from glass America got it sorted out extremely quickly.
Great glass people. Had a leak in windshield after install here ,Stan helped me find one of their shops in Phoenix area, problem resolved quickly. Lost another windshield this spring, first shop that I went back to. Highly recommend
American technicians, I didn't get a Julio, Jamar or Ahmed. I got Dave and he did a fantastic job!
I called this company to replace the windshield on my Dodge Ram. They spoke with me politely and scheduled the replacement for the next morning. 30 minutes before arrival, the installer, Dave, called me to let me know he would be there in 30 minutes. I wasn’t home, so my wife met him. He completed the installation quickly and efficiently, explained all the important details about using the vehicle after the glass replacement, and did a high-quality job in a very short time. I highly recommend this company to everyone.
These guys are awesome. No hassle with our insurance and they let me know that I was missing a small trim piece near my windshield. The previous glass replacement company misplaced the windshield by 1/2" and these guys corrected it. My lane departure warning was tripping codes and they fixed that. Also, they had to wipe my existing warning codes and sent me those in a doc so I could have those for reference.
