Bad communication. I had PTO for glass replacement and now they cancel and say between Wed and Fri, dont even know what day they are coming to take it off. How does one person call in and you lose multiple days of work? Also I was told I would be called between 8 and 8:30 a.m. They called after 9 just to cancel me.
I had a small crack and was directed to Glass America as they had an Onsight Tech. to do the repair. I arrived and they took my car back and in less than 20 minutes a gentleman brought my car around and it was completed. They did an excellent job quickly and you can hardly see the repair. I would highly recommend them and will be giving them all my future business!!! On a side note I am a USMC Veteran and they made it a point to recognize my service for which I am always grateful! Thank you!!!!!
