I recently had my rear window replaced by Glass America on my Mercedes-Benz GLS 450, and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. On the first visit, the technician arrived with a rear glass that already had visible defects. I refused that glass, and they agreed to come back the next day with a replacement.
