They did a good job replacing the windshield on our 2015 Honda Odyssey. Dropped it off in the morning and it was done by 1pm. A little confusing to find. When you pull into the business park, go straight to the back side of the building (Google Maps tells you to go right and around the front of the building).
I had to get my back window replaced, I called saturday morning and the person on the phone was so sweet and understanding, and was even able to price match because i had gotten a cheaper quote from somewhere else. Leon was able to come out to my apartment the next monday. He was super friendly and had all of the work done in less than 30 minutes. would absolutely recommend
Went in for a windshield replacement. What I got was a windshield not centered in the vehicle, damaged trim, chipped paint, plastics not installed correctly, and wiper arms out of alignment so bad that when it started raining and I turned them on they were slapping each other and binding. Spent 5 hours on the phone with insurance company after taking vehicle back to the location and having the manager tell me nothing was wrong with the install that his tech didn’t damage anything, and that they weren’t going to fix any of th... read more

I had an incredibly frustrating experience with Glass America. Back in December, I had a small crack in my windshield that could have easily been filled. The technician drove out to my house, but instead of fixing the crack, they somehow made it worse, resulting in the need for a full windshield replacement. This was especially annoying because my car has lane assist technology that needs to be calibrated, so we had to drive it to their shop for the replacement.
