I had an incredibly frustrating experience with Glass America. Back in December, I had a small crack in my windshield that could have easily been filled. The technician drove out to my house, but instead of fixing the crack, they somehow made it worse, resulting in the need for a full windshield replacement. This was especially annoying because my car has lane assist technology that needs to be calibrated, so we had to drive it to their shop for the replacement. I had my truck in to have the back glass replaced. Their incompetent tech left gouges in the paint on my tonneau cover. When I came to pick up my truck and confronted them about it, the first thing out of their mouths was "oh you noticed that" then they proceded to tell me they were going to cover it up with touch up paint. When confronted by my insurance agent they admitted liability, andtalked her into letting them fix it. However, Kevin the manager has treated me like I'm gettting a "free paint job". Rick was my technician install new windshields on both of my vehicles. He is very professional and very detailed on his work. This guy was quick about getting to work, and getting the job finished in a good time frame. I would definitely ask for this guy for if you need a window replacement.
