Very simple, no call no show. Avoid these folks. Took 1/2 day off yesterday. Took 1/2 day off today & they expect me to take another 1/2 day off next week to have my glass replaced. 1/2 day appointment windows. Totally unreasonable. If your insurance company sends your glass here. Tell them no.
This is one of the worst companies that there are. Failed 2 appointments without any calls ever! I still don't have my window. These people are completely worthless. Go somewhere else!!!!
