I got a verification of my appointment made online so I took the day off and waited for their phone call. I got an email at 4:00 in the afternoon asking if I’d like to have my replacement done. She then told me they don’t have the windshield in stock and would have to ship it from another state, taking 10 business days. She also claimed not to have my full phone number even though I provided it at the time I booked the appointment.
We had to get our windshield replaced after a semi got the best of it. Andrew got us in immediately, the quote was under what we had anticipated and it was done in no time. Great service, thanks Glass America!
